Първата по рода си организация създадена от геймъри за геймъри. Това, което ни отличава е, че основаваме това геймърско общество, благодарение на професионалните си успехи в други сфери. Основната ни цел е да обединим геймърите в Европа и по света и да подпомогнем за изграждането на условия за професионален гейминг. Надяваме се да допринесем за условия на конкурентност между отборите, спонсорите и всички, които са част от компютърния и геймърски свят. Планираме да си сътрудничим с всеки, който иска да стане част от професионалния гейминг и мениджмънта на отбори за участие на световната сцена. Приемаме за член, всеки който споделя целите на организацията и иска да помогне за развитието и популяризирането на игрите като умение и професионален спорт. За постигане целите и условията за тренировки и развитие на спорта ще участваме заедно в съвместни кампании за изграждане на инфраструктура, сървъри и екипи за турнирна игра. Професионалните играчи на BPro са част от идеята професионални играчи да помагат на деца и да информират обществото, като всички те се ангажират с време и внимание за целите на сдружението. За основна цел Сдружението си поставя да поддържа и развива българската и международна гейминг общност.
ОСНОВНА ЦЕЛ, ВИД НА ДЕЙНОСТТА И ПРЕДМЕТ НА ДЕЙНОСТ
(1) Основна цел. Сдружението си поставя за основна цел: създаване и развитие на българска и международна гейминг общност.
(2) Вид на дейността. Сдружението се самоопределя като организация за осъществяване на дейност в обществена и частна полза по смисъла на чл.2 от Закона за юридическите лица с нестопанска цел.
(3) Предмет на основна дейност на Сдружението е:
1. Развитие и утвърждаване на професионалния гейминг като спорт.
2. Защита правата на своите членове пред общински, държавни, обществени и международни органи и организации;
3. Организиране на образователни и информационни гейминг кампании;
4. Организиране на състезания с гарантиран състезателен произход;
5. Подпомагане изграждането и поддържането на материално-техническа база и инфраструктура;
6. Да обедини човешки и финансови ресусрси и да ги насочи към осъществяване на общо идентифицираните интереси и приоритети на гейминг общността.
7. За осъществяване предмета на дейност и постигането на основната си цел Сдружението ще извършва допълнителна стопанска дейност свързана с предмета на основната дейност.
(4) Предмет на допълнителната стопанска дейност на Сдружението е:
1. Сдружението може да се регистрира като член на международни, европейски и регионални гейминг организации с цел да подобри, развие и популяризира професионалния гейминг като професионален спорт.
• Подпомагане регистрация на членовете при желание в престижни гейминг турнир;
• подпомагане на членове, професионални гейминг играчи и деца;
2. Разрабротване, създаване и разпространение на информационни гейминг материали.
3. Създаване на среда за състезателен гейминг.

• Хардуерни устройство (компютри)
• Гейминг периферия
4. Сдружението може да подпомага членовете си, както морално, така и финансово;
5. Сдружението може да бъде член на спортни и други организации;
6. Сдружението може да има договорни отношения със спонсори;
7. Сдружението може да действа федерация или гейминг клуб на електронните спортове
8. Организиране на информационни и други кампании свързани с правилната експоатация на компютър и здравните аспекти на системната употреба на компютър.
9. Организиране на информационни и други кампании за вниманието към здравето на децата, които играят електронни игри.
(5) Приходите от дейността по предходната алинея ще се използват за постигане на основната цел на Сдружението.
(6) Осъществяването на стопанска дейност по ал. 4, съгласно чл. 3, ал. 5 от ЗЮЛНЦ ще се подчинява на условията и реда определен от законите, регулиращи съответния вид стопанска дейност.
(7) Сдружението не разпределя печалба.
B Pro Gaming Alliance is the first of its kind exquisitely built organization by gamers and for gamers. What tells us apart from all the rest already existing is that we are actually building this society. Funding for all this comes thanks to our accomplishments and success from outside business areas. Our main purpose is to unite the gaming society throughout Europe and possibly worldwide and contribute to the setting up of better conditions for professional gaming. We do honestly hope to supplement and influence in a positive way the existing competition regulations between teams, sponsors and basically everyone who is involved in the computer and gaming world. Our plan and belief is to meet hands with anyone who is willing to become part of the professional gaming and team management engagement on the world stage. We are prepared to accept the membership of anyone who would share the values and purposes of our organization and is also willing to contribute to the development and popularization of game playing as skill for professional sport. For the successful accomplishment of our aims and set out of necessary conditions needed for the sport development, mutual cooperation with companies which are to provide the infrastructure, server means and teams for tournaments come in hand. All B Pro Gaming Alliance players cherish and share the common idea to keep children, young adults and society informed for all good practices and purposes of game playing. Each one of them is personally engaged to spread this knowledge, even at the expense and cost of their personal time, but to contribute Alliance’s aims and reasons. One of the main purposes B Pro Gaming Alliance has ahead is the building and formation of stable gaming society in Bulgaria and internationally.
MAIN PURPOSE, TYPE OF ACTIVITY AND SUBJECT OF ACTIVITY
(1) Main purpose. B Pro Gaming Alliance (shortly hereinafter referred to as the “Alliance”) main purpose is building and development of Bulgarian gaming society.
(2) Type of activity. The Alliance defines itself as an organization for realization of activities in social and private use by art. 2 from the legal Code for juridical persons with non-profit purpose.
(3) Subject of main purpose of the Alliance is:
1. Development and accomplishment of professional gaming as sport;
2. Protection of rights of members of the Alliance before municipality, state, local social and international bodies and organizations;
3. Organization of educational and informative gaming campaigns;
4. Organization of competitions with a guaranteed gaming background;
5. Supplement in building and development of material and technical basis and infrastructure;
6. Unification of physical human and financial resources towards the realization of common identified interests and priorities of the gaming society.
7. For the realization of its main activity and purpose the Alliance shall carry on additional profit activity directly related to the main aim of the Alliance:
(4) Subject of the additional profit activity of the Alliance is:
1. The Alliance is liable for registered enrollment as member of international European and regional organizations with the purpose to adhere, develop and popularize the professional game playing as professional sport.
• Facilitation of registration of members after expressed wish, in prestigious gaming tournaments;
• Provision of facilitation and help to members, professional gaming players and young players.
2. Development, implementation and distribution of informative gaming materials.
3. Development of atmosphere with competitive team spirit (in this respect):
• Building facility;
• Hardware appliances (computers);
• Gaming peripheries;
4. The Alliance is allowed to help and support its members in moral and financial terms.
5. The Alliance can become member of sports and other organizations and associations.
6. The Alliance may sustain contract relations with sponsors.
7. The Alliance may act as federation or gaming club for the electronic sports.
8. Organization of information and other campaigns related to the correct exploitation of computers and the health aspects of the systematic use of it.
9. Organization of preventive, informative and other campaigns towards health attention for children and young adults who play electronic games.
(5) Any financial means acquired in the means and sense of the before mentioned article shall be used towards the fulfilment of the main purpose of the Alliance.
(6) Realization of profit activity under para.4, in compliance with art.3, para.5 from the legal Code for
Juridical Persons shall obey the conditions and order defined by legal regulations for specific profit activity.
(7) The Alliance shall not divide profit.
